By becoming intimate with how we close down and how we open up, we awaken our unlimited potential. Pema Chodren, The Places That Scare You

My psychotherapy practice guides clients through a process of healing while developing a more compassionate understanding of who they are as human beings. I specialize in the areas of intimacy & sexuality, LGBTQ issues, female sexuality and gender exploration.

I use body-centered psychotherapy, mindfulness, and family of origin exploration to help heal past traumas, address current destructive habits and ease life transitions.  Through the lens of relationship (with self and others) and sexuality, we together, develop appreciation and curiosity rather than shame and retreat.  My practice of psychotherapy supports compassion toward oneself and others; as well as shifting from a constricted view of the world, with rigid expectations, to an expanded sense of our true essence as human beings of joy and pleasure.
